Dr. Stacy Beute is a Michigan native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Michigan State University before heading to Chicago to attend the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry. She graduated with honors in 1998, earning her Doctorate with the intention of returning to Michigan. However, she fell in love with Chicago, which she now proudly calls home.

As the owner of Wink Optical, Dr. Beute has created a boutique eye care experience that seamlessly blends medical excellence with elevated style. Known for her warm, approachable manner and clinical expertise, she has built lasting relationships with thousands of patients who have followed her care over the years. Her philosophy is simple: sophisticated eye care delivered with a highly personalized touch.

In her freetime, Dr. Beute enjoys working out, reading and exploring Chicago with her husband and their two teenage sons - continuing to fall in love with the city she proudly calls hom.

The exams are thorough and accurate. On time and efficient. But most importantly, they are AMAZING with kids. Literally my kids came out saying it was the most fun appt. I would give 5+ stars!

Dr Stacy Beute is as thorough as she is kind. We have a family history of glaucoma and other eye issues and she took her time during everyone’s examinations. The staff up front are so accommodating and welcoming as well. I cannot recommend Wink Optical enough.
